Number of people
The number of people sleeping on the premises must not exceed the number listed on the Guest reservation form. Booking may be cancelled in such case with no refund given.

Damage to property
All damage to property and breakages must be reported to the management immediately. Guest named on the reservation form will be held liable for any damage to property or breakages that occur during your stay. Property is inspected directly after every departure.

Cleaning
Guests are responsible for ensuring that the property is left clean and tidy.
Should the property require more than our usual cleaning time guests will be charged.

What you need to Bring
House is fully self-contained however unless prior arrangement has been made you will need to bring:
*** Towels
*** Bed Linen
and of course Personal effects

Check-out times
Please ensure that the checkout time is complied to. This will ensure a smooth check in for the next guest.
In some instances we are able to offer a late checkout - please enquire to find out if this option may be available to your booking.

BBQ
Gas Bottle for BBQ will need to be filled prior to use. The service station on Main Street can fill this for you.

Shops
Port Vincent has a number of shops including:
* Supermarket
* Hotel / Pub
* Hardware store - (for all your fishing requirements)
* Newsagency
* Kiosk
* Deli
* Cafe

For Your Information
Some areas of Port Vincent are dry zones during the summer period
Please make yourself aware of the current regulations concerning the consumption of alcohol in the street and on the beach at certain times.

Fire
Please be aware of current fire ban information. Available on CFS website.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Deposit
A 50% deposit is required with in 5 days of booking with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival will be due in full at time of booking.

Cancellation notified 30 days or more prior to due date of arrival will incur a 25% cancellation fee. This however may be used for rebooking at a future date.

Cancellations notified less than 30 days prior to date of arrival will forfeit all monies paid.
